interferer rows disappear from the interfering link dialog box

I tested beta 17 and encounter the following bug:

  • the interfering links dialog window not behaving correctly

to reproduce it:

  • Create one workspace
    • generate multiple
    • delete all the rows
    • close without selecting the ref row
  • open a new workspace
    • generate multiple -> empty

I have tested it with the above procedure and I can not reproduce the problem.
